Stevens Industries in Teutopolis sponsored a three-day casework dealer conference, attracting dealers and vendors from across the United States
Stevens Industries, one of the largest cabinet manufacturers in the United States, hosted a three-day conference in Effingham. Nearly 100 dealers, vendors and guests attended, representing 30 different states.
Speakers included several Stevens Industries field experts who shared information about company product innovations, industry trends in design as well as updates on quality assurance.
The conference kick-off included the announcement of Stevens' latest innovations and award-winning product lines. "Stevens Industries isn't just a cabinet company – we innovate new products, materials and processes to create solutions for our customers. We are excited to share this information with our dealer network," says Todd Wegman, Stevens Industries President and CEO.
During the three days of sessions, attendees learned about the award-winning Legno Collection product line as well as new product categories in each of the Stevens business divisions. Stevens' representatives also shared new marketing initiatives including updated, user-friendly websites and product videos.
Other events included the induction of six of the 18 dealer companies represented into the Million Dollar Club.
"We wanted to get our dealer network to Teutopolis to see our facility and understand how we are able to get them quality products that support their client’s timeframe and budget," said Wegman. "Our focus is to continue to build and grow our relationship network because dealers are such a big part of our success." Stevens' team members planned evening activities at local restaurants and attractions for conference guests to enjoy.
During 2014, Stevens Advantage's volume for casework, millwork and solid surface work increased 40 percent from 2013, and similar growth is expected in 2015. "We have worked very hard to be a one-stop shop for our dealers. Our goal is to make it easy to do business with Stevens Industries," says Wegman. "And, we have invested millions of dollars in technology and product innovations that allow clients to create the signature products they desire."
Casework dealers attending the meeting included individuals from 18 dealer offices, with representatives from dealers in states including: Kentucky, Michigan, Colorado, Oklahoma, Ohio, Maryland, Alabama, Louisiana, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Virginia, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Texas, New Hampshire and Wisconsin.
